Ali is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My brother and I recently bought a triplex, and for me it’s my first time buying a home, let alone an investment property. Ali helped us and guided us all through out the process, and since we are still new to property buying, he has made some key suggestions that really mattered in the end. Ali has done extensive research on the property and it gave us a solid basis for our offers and eventually ended up with the best price possible for the house. He has done a tremendous amount of work for us to get the best deal during the negotiations. Certainly in the near future I would like to do business again with him.
