Komoka is a family town of about 3,000 residents in Middlesex Centre, immediately adjacent to Komoka Provincial Park on the Thames River. It’s 10–12 minutes west of London via Oxford Street West and Highway 402.
Housing includes established singles closer to the historic village core, plus a large volume of 2010s+ new-build subdivisions (Riverbend Estates, Foxwood, Springside). Komoka is served by Delaware Central PS and Medway High School.
