About Lambeth

Lambeth was a historic village annexed by the City of London in 1993 and has since evolved into one of the city’s most active newer-build communities. It sits at the southwest edge of London along Colonel Talbot Road and Highway 4, giving direct Highway 401 access (5 minutes) and quick commutes to St. Thomas.

Housing is a mix of established village character homes near the historic core (along Main Street) and large 2010s–2020s executive subdivisions (Copperfield, Silverleaf, Kilworth Heights adjacent) on the community’s edges. Lambeth is served by Sir Isaac Brock PS and Sir Frederick Banting Secondary.
